    This option means the client does not have a website at all right now. This will be their first website.

  • Website Retheme Description:

    The client currently has a WordPress website but swapping the theme is needed in order to make updates or improve it. Includes a free migration of the existing site as a starting point.

  • Convert to WordPress Description

    The client has a non-WordPress site that is going to be Rebuilt in WordPress. The styling and content will not be changed much/if at all.

  • Migrate Existing WordPress Site Description

    The client has a solid WordPress website that does not need a theme swap and you are just migrating it to Overhaulics for hosting, optimization, and maintenance/support.

  • Development/Staging Site Description

    This can be used for clients you know do not plan on switching hosting to Overhaulics. You will be provided a hosting account to build your site on and the client will not be contacted by Overhaulics in any way, shape, or form.

    Client will NOT be sent a welcome email or account setup instructions.

  • If the registrar is GoDaddy, have the client add kyle@overhaulics.com as a Delegate account instead. Setup Delegate Access
  • Fill this in to have Overhaulics order it for the client and send them an invoice.

  • It is important that the client understands that hosting is not provided by your business but that a partnership exists and that you highly recommend the use of Overhaulics as their future hosting platform. Inform the client of the cost of hosting. They should be expecting an invoice within 24 hours of you filling out this form.

  • Blogs have to be migrated before you begin the new project as the most complete migration methods require either cloning the current site or using a 3rd party migration tool that overwrites all posts and pages during migration. 

  • Email

  • For example, if their domain is ilovepuppoes.com, do they use something like info@ilovepuppoes.com currently.
  • Check DNS MX record of their domain to be sure. You can look this up on whatsmydns.net. Paste in the domain and click on the MX record dropdown.
  • We highly recommend GSuite by Google for emails. Accounts are $6/mo per user and Overhaulics provides free help with setup.
