ERROR: Cookies are blocked or not supported by your browser. You must enable cookies to use WordPress.

Usually, this is caused by your browser cache after you update the URL of a site in the WordPress general settings. Try logging in from another browser to se if you can login. If so, clear the cache for this site in your main browser.

If this does not work, do the following:

  1. Clear cache files in the wp-content folder.
  2. Update Theme via FTP

If this does not work, you can disable the theme via FTP by adding a .bak to the theme file. Then login and reactivate the theme. Then clear any cache plugins from the dashboard.
