If you are trying to update your credit card but get the following error:

Please contact Overhaulics support immediately. They will fix the issue and take your credit card information over the phone.

 

Fix: (for overhaulics staff)

  1. Check the Gateway Log under Billing >Gateway Log
  2. It should say “error => No such customer:”
  3. Open the WHMCS database.
  4. Navigate to the tblclients table.
  5. Edit the client with the issue.
  6. Delete any value in the “gatewayid” value.
  7. Input the CC data from the backend or ask the client to try again to confirm the fix.
