If you are trying to update your credit card but get the following error:
Please contact Overhaulics support immediately. They will fix the issue and take your credit card information over the phone.
Fix: (for overhaulics staff)
- Check the Gateway Log under Billing >Gateway Log
- It should say “error => No such customer:”
- Open the WHMCS database.
- Navigate to the tblclients table.
- Edit the client with the issue.
- Delete any value in the “gatewayid” value.
- Input the CC data from the backend or ask the client to try again to confirm the fix.
